Booking Procedure

• 1) Please let us know by E-Mail or Facebook Messenger your prefered room or rooms, tour number and how many persons you would like to place a reservation.
• 2) Within 24h we will confirm your reservation and send you the invoice for the reservation deposit, which you need to pay via bank transfer in Swiss Francs.
• 3) Once we have received the deposit, we will send the reservation confirmation and receipt via e-mail, which you need for your visa application process. In addition we will send you the invoice for the remaining payment.
• 4) We recommend Flights operated by the following airlines: Thai Airways or Etihad to arrive in Switzerland early morning, so that we can pick you up at the Airport Zurich-Kloten (Code: ZRH).
• 5) Please transfer the remaining amount not later than 30 days before arrival date.
• 6) When your tourist Visa has been approved and the flight has been confirmed, please let us know your flight details: airline, flight number and arrival time.
